What is a Natural Nail Experience?

A natural nail experience is provided by using natural & organic skin care lines alongside polishes that are at a minimum,  free of these six toxic ingredients: formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBT, TPHP, and camphor.  

 

Shellac and Acrylic 
 

To ensure the absolute best Juniper experience, we have collectively decided that
shellac and acrylic nails do not align with Juniper's ethics. 

Appointments
 

We encourage you to you book appointments in advance so that we can accommodate all scheduling needs. If we can't get to the phone, it means we're with a client and we encourage you to book online, leave a message, or come in. Walk-ins are always welcome, but please note that they cannot always be accommodated. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time to ensure the appointment time. A late arrival may result in reduced service time. Please call if you will be late for an appointment. 

 

Let Your Polish Dry
 

We ask that you please let your nails dry before leaving Juniper, as natural polishes can sometimes take longer to dry than what you could be used to. Once you've left Juniper, we, unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for any smears, nicks, or chips. If any defects happen, we're happy to fix it, but we'll have to apply our $20 polish change charge.

Salon Culture

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phone volume down or on vibrate to ensure the best Juniper experience for you and our other guests. Pedicure clients are encouraged to wear pants that can be pulled up over the calf. We DO NOT have disposable flip-flops, to keep in line with our eco-conscious ethics we encourage you to bring your own sandals. 

Payments + Gratuities 

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Cash gratuities are encouraged.

 Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are reserved especially for you, and we understand life happens! We require a 24-hour notification of all canceled appointments. Appointments can be canceled online, calling or emailing us to reschedule or cancel. You will be charged in full for a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours. There are no exceptions for no-shows.

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regard to our cancellation policy.

 

PLEASE NOTE - We choose the right to refuse service if you have a nail fungus. We are not medical professionals and cannot treat this condition. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean and sanitized workspace for ourselves and our clients. Thank you!
